How to request account deletion

Option 1 — In the app (fastest)

1. Open the StashIQ app and sign in.
2. Go to the Account tab.
3. Scroll to the bottom and tap “Request Account Deletion.”
4. Confirm the request. It is submitted immediately.

Option 2 — By email

Email support@iqsuite.co from the email address associated with your StashIQ account, with the subject line “Delete my account.” We may ask you to verify ownership of the account before processing the request.

What data is deleted

When your deletion request is processed, we permanently remove the personal data associated with your account, including:

• Your account profile — email address, display name, username, and avatar
• Your Stash, Wish List, and Built lists, including quantities, conditions, purchase prices, dates, and any personal notes
• Photos you uploaded (such as listing photos)
• Your app preferences and sharing / privacy settings
• Your account’s association with any subscription entitlement

Note: your subscription itself is billed and managed by Google Play (or the Apple App Store). Deleting your StashIQ account does not cancel an active subscription — cancel it in your Google Play or App Store account settings to stop future charges.

What may be retained, and for how long

• Your account and associated personal data are deleted from our active systems within 30 days of the request.
• Residual copies in encrypted backups are purged within 90 days, after which they are no longer recoverable.
• We may retain a limited set of records where required by law or for legitimate business purposes — for example, transaction records needed for tax, accounting, or fraud prevention — only for the period required by applicable law, and not for any other purpose.
• Aggregated or anonymized data that can no longer be linked to you may be retained.
